Up & Dance Redlands and Groove & Grow Studios have partnered together with over 35 years of teaching experience. We aim to nurture your child and put a smile on their face as they groove and grow. This dance studio is a space where kids can feel like they are the star of the show.

Up & Dance Redlands and Groove & Grow are not a registered NDIS service provider. However, you may be able to claim for our dance classes through your NDIS plan if it is Self or Plan Managed under Core Supports or Capacity Building. If you’re unsure and would like further information, ask your Plan Manager or Local Area Coordinator. We can also provide a quote for them.
